About the Role

We are looking for a highly disciplined, tech-forward Stock & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our inventory, procurement, and fleet operations. This is not a "warehouse clerk" role; we need a strategic operator who can bridge the gap between physical stock management and digital process optimization.

The successful candidate will be expected to move beyond traditional manual sourcing by leveraging AI tools to enforce strict system prerequisites within our operational software, and maintain 100% asset accuracy. If you are obsessed with "zero-waste" logistics and thrive in a high-accountability environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Departmental Leadership: Take full ownership of the physical organization and professional appearance of the stockroom, office, and server room environments.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a 100% accurate asset register. From high-value screens to small POE splitters, you are responsible for eliminating shrinkage and discrepancies.
  • Strategic Procurement: Conduct monthly price benchmarking and market intelligence.
  • Logistics & Fleet: Manage inbound / outbound courier waybills and oversee the integrity of our vehicle fleet, including weekly stock-takes of mobile units.
  • Documentation Pipeline: Audit and verify all Final Service Reports (FSRs), photos, and SIM assignments before tasks are closed in the system.
  • Process Integrity: Enforce mandatory system prerequisites and validation protocols within our ERP/company software. You will ensure no process step is bypassed—particularly regarding technician dispatch and site readiness.
  • AI-Driven Operations: Use AI (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and advanced digital tools provided to identify Tier-1 suppliers, research specialized hardware, and optimize internal logistics workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Stock Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain (Telecommunications or ICT experience is a major advantage).
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in operational software and a demonstrated ability to use Generative AI for research and process improvement.
  • Detail Obsession: A "first-time right" mindset with zero tolerance for skipped protocols or unverified data.
  • Financial Literacy: Understanding of Requisition-to-PO workflows, forecasting and lead-time management.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to source specialized components and resolve supply chain bottlenecks without constant senior management intervention.
