What You’ll Do

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Health and Safety File Administrator to compile, maintain,
and update Health and Safety documentation for our active and upcoming installation and construction sites.
This role is essential in ensuring that our operations remain fully compliant with OHS Act requirements and
client safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain Health and Safety Files in accordance with project risk categories (Low, Medium, High, and Construction).
  • Liaise with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to gather required documents and certifications.
  • Ensure documentation includes method statements, risk assessments, proof of training/competency, toolbox talks, and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits of on-site documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with current Health and Safety legislation and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate file submissions for client approval and support during client inspections.
  • Keep electronic records organized and securely stored on company systems.

Requirements

  • Previous experience compiling Health and Safety Files, particularly for telecoms projects.
  • Sound knowledge of the OHS Act and relevant South African Health & Safety regulations.

About the Role

As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the CFO and take ownership of the financial health of the company.
You will manage a team of 4 finance staff responsible for creditors, billing, quoting, and credit card processing.
This is a critical role requiring a high level of integrity, accuracy, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Monitor and manage company cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Prepare and load payments, and ensure timely supplier and service provider settlements.
  • Supervise and support the finance team in processing quotes, invoices, credit card reconciliations, and billing tasks.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient in financial systems and Excel. Experience with SAGE is advantageous.

specifically in LTE and 5G connectivity. As a Network Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring smooth monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for our clients’ networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer networks using approved tools and systems.
  • Respond professionally to incidents and service requests, escalating to 2nd/3rd Line Support when required.
  • Follow up on outstanding queries with internal teams and third parties.
  • Adhere to service commitments and SLAs.
  • Identify trends in customer calls and escalate to the Team Leader or Manager.

Customer Support
