Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Growth: Focus on driving sales of recurring data services, with a goal to consistently increase revenue from new and existing clients.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, balancing long-term relationships while pursuing new client acquisition.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, generating leads, and closing deals.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to current clients, maximizing revenue potential.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that align with company goals.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including lead generation, closed sales, and performance metrics.
• Account management and new reseller/agent onboarding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (2 years min), in telecommunications and/or information technology services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Own vehicle and valid drivers licence.

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to elevate our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who excels at crafting engaging copy, creating dynamic marketing videos, and managing impactful digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation: Develop eye-catching posts, write compelling copy, and design live and marketing videos to showcase Xpedite’s innovative connectivity solutions.
• Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging written content for social media, blogs, marketing materials, and email campaigns that align with our brand voice.
• Social Media Management: Plan and execute strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok to grow our brand.
• Campaign Execution: Manage paid ads and boosted posts, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
• Brand Storytelling: Showcase Xpedite’s strengths—customized solutions, reliability, and nationwide coverage—through creative content.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track performance and optimize content to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Assist the HR Administrator with any adhoc duties

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media marketing, copywriting, graphics design and video content creation.
• Strong knowledge of paid ad campaigns and social media trends.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite and video editing software.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
